We do an estimate of the price to clean your home by taking into account the size of the space, number of rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. A standard cleaning will be assumed in evaluating price. If there are special requests that you need met on a regular basis, let us know so we can figure that into the pricing and time needed to complete the work. To schedule special request cleaning, above your regular cleaning, please contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled appointment so that we can responsibly price and schedule it. Payment by check or cash should be made upon completion of work. For those who cannot be there, leave payment before we arrive. Checks will be written to Bestfixit LLC. Communication is important to us so that we can do the best job possible for all our clients. You can call us at any time between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. You can also email us at any time and we will get back to you as promptly as possible. Let us know of any concerns within 24 hours of service so that we may be able to resolve them. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled cleaning appointment. This allows us to be able to accommodate clients who are looking to schedule earlier times or one time clean ups. This policy applies, as well, to us. The exception is emergencies. Thank you.
